Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In some cases, we initiate a full refund including shipping. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
